TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE WWW.ASSURETECH.EU<\/strong><\/p>

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) set out the rules for the use of the website available at www.assuretech.eu (hereinafter: Service).<\/li>

    1. Use of the Website is free of charge and available to all Internet users.<\/li>
    2. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good morals and the provisions of the Regulations.<\/li>
    3. Prohibited:
      - Providing content of an unlawful nature,
      - Taking actions that may disrupt the operation of the Service,
      - Copying or using the content of the Service in a manner contrary to the law or the Terms of Service.<\/li><\/ol>


      III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>

        1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Service operates continuously and correctly.<\/li>
        2. The administrator is not responsible for:
          - interruptions in the operation of the Service resulting from technical work, maintenance or causes beyond the Administrator's control,
          - damages resulting from the use of the Site in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service,
