Chemical preparation of the surface for powder coating is an extremely important step that guarantees the high quality of the paint coating. Properly selected chemicals used before powder coating are a key element in ensuring the required quality of the paint film.
This is done in an automatic, spray line equipped with a degreasing zone and making a zirconium-based conversion coating on the surface, followed by washing with mains water, then washing with demineralized water and drying at the appropriate temperature.
To do this, we use proven chemicals on the line, which, with the use of expertise and laboratory support, help us carry out this process under full control.
