Modern and precise METALWORK

Our main area of expertise is Comprehensive metalworking for manufacturing, industrial, and construction companies. We manufacture components from carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and brass—based on technical documentation, drawings, or individual arrangements with the customer.

We have a modern machine park that allows us to carry out many stages of production in a single location. We offer laser cutting of sheet metal, tubes, and profiles; CNC bending; MIG/TIG and laser welding; tube and profile bending; threading; drilling; and mechanical cutting.

Thanks to the experience of our qualified staff, we can handle both standard and individual, non-standard projects.

Powder coating plant

We apply durable and aesthetically pleasing powder coatings in the full range of RAL colors, as well as special and dedicated colors. We use paints from reputable manufacturers with various finishes and properties, resistant to weather, UV and mechanical damage, among others. We conduct the polymerization process at a controlled temperature, which ensures a uniform and durable coating.

Modern and precise POWDER COATING

Our specialty is powder coating and comprehensive surface preparation process, carried out through chemical preparation and/or blasting treatment. Thanks to our own production hall, modern technical facilities and experienced staff, we carry out both single projects and large orders for industry.

Chemical treatment

Preparation of the surface for powder coating is key to obtaining a high-quality coating. We use properly selected chemicals to ensure the durability and aesthetics of the paint. For a variety of substrates, we use alkaline zirconium-based preparations that effectively remove grease, oil and dirt.

Blasting treatment: sandblasting and grinding

We clean steel surfaces from rust, scale and old coatings. We prepare parts for painting, increasing adhesion and durability of coatings. We perform sandblasting in various classes of cleanliness according to Sa2, Sa2.5 and Sa3 standards.
