Assure Tech offers comprehensive metalworking services for manufacturing, industrial, and construction companies. We manufacture metal components based on technical documentation, drawings, production files, or individual arrangements with the customer.
We specialize in precision machining of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. We produce both individual components and larger production runs. Thanks to our extensive machine park, we can carry out the entire process in one location—from cutting the material, through bending and welding, to preparing the finished component for further assembly or finishing.
We provide laser cutting services for sheet metal using a 20 kW 2D fiber laser. The machine features a 4000 × 2000 mm worktable, which allows for the processing of large sheets of metal and the production of components of various sizes.
Technology Laser cutting allows for fast and precise cutting of parts with consistent dimensions. It is ideal for the production of structural elements, enclosures, covers, panels, brackets, machine parts, and technical components. We cut, among other materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.
The 20 kW laser allows for the processing of thick materials—in accordance with the machine's specifications, it is possible to cut carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum up to 50 mm thick
We also offer laser cutting of tubes and profiles using a 3D laser. This technology is designed for the precise machining of three-dimensional parts that require holes, notches, mounting holes, or custom shapes.
We process pipes and profiles with a maximum width of 240 mm and a length of up to 6,000 mm. This allows us to manufacture components for steel structures, frames, racks, enclosures, support systems, fences, machinery, and industrial equipment.
Laser cutting of profiles It helps reduce the number of additional operations, shorten production time, and achieve high part repeatability.
We perform metal welding using MIG, TIG, and laser methods. We select the appropriate technology based on the type of material, the component’s intended use, and the required strength of the joint.
We weld carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and brass. We manufacture technical structures, industrial parts, and precision components that require an aesthetically pleasing, consistent weld.
Laser welding We use a 3 kW welder, which allows us to achieve precise joints and minimize material distortion.
In the field of metalworking We offer pipe and profile bending on a mandrel-less bending machine. The machine can process pipes with a diameter of up to 76.1 mm.
This technology is ideal for the production of frames, handles, tubular structures, fixtures, railings, racks, and components that require consistent shapes.
Bending of pipes and profiles enables the preparation of parts for further assembly, welding, or the complete fabrication of metal components.
In addition to laser cutting, bending, and welding, we also perform additional machining operations to prepare components for assembly.
We offer, among other services: steel threading from M5 to M36, drilling, cutting on a band saw, and preparing components for further production.
As a result, the customer receives a part that has been carefully engineered in terms of dimensions, holes, threads, and intended use.
We review each order on a case-by-case basis. We can manufacture components based on existing technical documentation or assist in adapting the production process to a specific project.
