MANUAL LINE.

  • Spray booth equipped with manual applicators for painting large, long details
    and heavy
  • Polymerization oven with working dimensions H 2m x W 1.7m x L 9m with a load capacity of about 400-450kg/traverse.

AUTOMATIC LINE

  • Paint booth and polymerization oven with working dimensions of entry light H1.9m x W0.9m.
  • Automatic line with adjustable working speed up to 4m/min.
  • For spraying, the line is equipped with automatic applicators with the ability to manually add details.
  • Designed for painting high volume details.
  • Line equipped with chemical surface preparation multi, for different types of substrate (mainly we process black steel and galvanized sheets)

Assure Tech - technology and facilities

We carry out painting in ovens with stable, controlled temperature, which guarantees matching and full polymerization (curing) of powder paint.

We use paints from reputable manufacturers that meet quality standards (including QUALICOAT).

The process is fully controlled - from surface preparation to proper curing of the coating
